We offer IT support on an ad-hoc ("Pay as you go") basis, or a comprehensive monthly/annual support contract.

 

Ad-hoc ("Pay as you go") IT Support:

With our expert support team on-hand during business hours (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:30), we offer technical support to both business and domestic clients on a pay as you go basis. 

Our team have a wealth of experience troubleshooting both hardware and software issues, and can often diagnose and resolve many issues via our remote support system (Accessed by clicking the 'Start Support Session' button at the top of this page when instructed to do so by our engineer).

In addition, we run a traditional 'drop in' workshop service, for when issues cannot be resolved remotely (For instance, hardware problems/upgrades). It is recommended that any clients requiring workshop repairs call us prior to visiting, to ensure that our workbench is available and to minimise waiting times.

 

Business Support Contracts:

As IT is at the core of your daily business we recommend that your computer systems are covered by a hardware and software maintenance contract. We can provide a complete ongoing support contract to meet your business needs. It's like having your own IT department.

All our contracts provide software support for most office products and give you priority access to our telephone support line, where you can receive help, advice and answers to any queries. With many years practical experience in the computing industry, we hold a variety of professional qualifications. All support calls are logged, and with our logical approach to solving problems, we aim to get to the root of the problem very quickly.

With our support contracts, you can pay monthly or annually in advance. Once a support call has been diagnosed as a hardware fault, which cannot be fixed remotely, an engineer will be sent on-site. Our standard service guarantees a response within 8 working hours. Our Gold Support Contract guarantees a response in 6 working hours. Faulty items may be replaced with service loan equipment, repaired in our workshops and returned at a later date. This method helps keep any 'down-time' to an absolute minimum. 

Prices start from £100 + VAT per calendar month.
