Who are we?

Warren IT Services Ltd started as, and remains a family-run business. The company has gone from strength to strength throughout the years, as our valued customer base has grown organically by referrals. The company was incorporated in 2006, and our head office in Folkestone was purchased in 2009.

We are a skilled team of IT Professionals with over 15 years of hands-on experience in IT. We specialize in making computer technology work for small and medium businesses. We have a close-knit team of engineers from a wide range of backgrounds within the IT industry, all of whom are on-hand to answer your questions, offer friendly and dependable advice, or help you solve any technical issues that you encounter.

What do we do?

From our office in Folkestone, we offer IT support to customers in the local and surrounding areas. This generally includes most of Kent, and for our multi-site customers, we often cover further afield. We provide the full spectrum of IT services, from domestic IT support, spyware/virus removal and PC upgrades, to VOIP phone systems, networking and installation of multi-site server infrastructure for enterprise businesses.

We aim to develop a long term business relationship with all of our customers, and seek to deliver a consistently high level of service to ensure your complete ongoing satisfaction.

We concentrate our IT support services in Kent so that we can react to customer issues in the best possible time scale. We have dedicated support staff with a wide variety of skills and specializations to ensure smooth and efficient communications, and quick, reliable resolution of any issues.

We endeavour to take the worry and hassle out of your IT systems and aim to provide solutions that are reliable and cost-effective. - We can manage all your computer systems so that you can get on with running your own business.
